She is a Co-founder on several Tech-enabled businesses including Plenti Africa and the e-commerce brand – Azaria Lagos.
Buki started her career as a Client Service Executive at an advertising agency on the Coca-Cola account team. She rose through the ranks in the industry and went on to become the Head of Product Marketing at Sterling Bank. During her expansive advertising career, Buki was responsible for marketing budgets over $1 million, and has executed campaigns for some notable brands such as Nokia, Sterling bank, Meta Inc, Coca-Cola, UBA, Peak Milk, Virgin Atlantic, MTN, Whatsapp, British Airways, Guinness, Bloomberg TV, Benson & Hedges and more. Buki Osunkeye is a successful strategist and innovative thinker with demonstrated effectiveness in running tracked ROI performance marketing projects.
Buki Osunkeye is a member of the CIM, has a B.Sc (Hon) in Accounting from Cardiff University, Wales, UK and an MSc in Marketing Management from Aston University, Birmingham, UK. She is extremely proud of her heritage (Ęgbaland, Abeokuta, Ogun State) so much so that through her brand, Azaria Lagos, she works with local womenprenuers to produce and export local adire textiles and shea butter creams produced in Abeokuta.
In her spare time, she mentors and facilitates programs through the business hub she created called, the Tech Leaders Network Africa.
For over 10 years Olga has been working with major start-up projects in Russia, coordinating business development, operations and standardizations of business processes.
Prior to joining TVIO, she was the Country Manager of PINS - coalition loyalty programme in Russia. She successfully built and maintained white-label loyalty solution for one of the major Russian banks. Mrs. Sokorova played the key role in creating and implementing the new loyalty solution for Aeroflot Russian Airlines being one of the top managers of their loyalty operator.
Olga holds a degree in Russian Language and Literature from Novosibirsk State University and Ph.D. in Russian Language from the Russian Academy of Science.
Ayokunle is a Business Development, Trading, Supply Chain professional and an administrative specialist with over 15 years cognate experience in the Oil & Gas industry. Previously led the business development teams at Seven Energy and Oando Gas and Power Limited (now Axxela Limited) and his experience also covers corporate finance and strategy at Oando Plc, Sprint Corporation and Capital Partners Limited.
Ayokunle holds a Bachelors in Business from Baldwin-Wallace College, and MBA Finance from Indiana University - Bloomington. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Business Administration at Walden University, and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
Damilola manages our shares services within the Group to ensure optimal use of resources. But without forgetting her first love, Legal. Her responsibility is simply to take care of us while we look after our clients. And she does this excellently well. Her areas of specialisation are in Oil and Gas Management, Regulatory compliance, corporate & Commercial, Real estate and project finance.
Mrs Essien holds a degree in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University and was called to Bar. she graduated from both University and Law school with a second class upper division. She also holds an LLM in Environmental Law and Policy from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum, Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) University of Dundee, Dundee.
Dolapo applies knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet the requirements of our numerous clients. She plans, executes and closes projects with great dedication.
She defines the project, builds a comprehensive work plan and manages all stakeholders. With her, we are happy because the client is satisfied always. She has a first degree in Economics from the Covenant University, Ogun State.
Sophia has passion for great design. She leads a team of highly-skilled experts in User Experience Design and Front-End Development to apply modern design principles, combined with the latest in mobile, cloud and desktop technologies. She creates solutions from design patterns, interactive content layers, cognitive interfaces to provide produce amazing layouts and operability. As Senior Project Manager, she coordinates Project Managers activities within the business.
Sophia has a BSc in Computer Science & Mathematics from the Igbinedion University, Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria.
He is a Partner and Head in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group of Templars (Legal Practitioners). He is admitted to practice in Nigeria and has over two decades of experience in advising clients on various aspects of Nigerian Corporate and Commercial Law.
He has been recognised by IFLR 1000 as a leading Mergers & Acquisition lawyer in Nigeria and by Chambers and Partners “as having long experience in representing foreign clients” in his area of practice.
He regularly advises local and international corporations on the impact of Nigerian Law on their investments and/or operations in Nigeria particularly regarding: the establishment of local subsidiaries, corporate governance and compliance, mergers, acquisitions and corporate restructuring, labour and immigration, regulatory issues and tax.
Olu is often called upon to speak at local and international conferences and seminars and currently sits on the Council of the Nigeria Bar Association Section on Business Law. He is also the Vice-Chair (West-Africa) of the International Bar Association’s Africa Regional Forum. Olu sits on numerous local and international boards.
Tunde Karim holds a degree in Biochemical Engineering B.Eng (Hons) from the University College of Wales, Swansea and an Post Graduate Diploma, Entrepreneur Practice from the University of Wales Glamorgan, Treforest, South Glamorgan. He is a member of the Institute of Directors, Nigeria.
Tunde joined John Churchill & Co, London as a Stock Analyst and Valuer shortly after his graduation. He then moved on to British Telecoms from 1999 to 2003 where he rose rapidly through the ranks, after which he joined Koda Trading International a part of the Shoreline Energy International group.
He also serves on the boards of the various companies within the Shoreline Group.
Mrs. Oluyemi Shonubi started her professional career with Shell Petroleum Development Corporation, Port Harcourt, Rivers State in 1991. In 1992, she moved to Intercontinental Bank Plc. where she obtained diverse experience managing various financial products such as rights issues, initial public offerings and private placements, utilised to raise capital in the corporate finance department of the bank. During her 5-year stint with Wema Bank, she evaluated and structured various loan transactions, including syndications, leases, LPO and warehouse finance and multi-credit Facilities for bank customers in several sectors of the economy.
A brief period of exemplary project development with Ventures & Trusts Limited from 2000-2001 led to her appointment as the Project Development/General Manager of Persianas Nigeria Limited, the promoter and developer of the first international standard mall in the West African sub-region, The Palms Shopping Mall, Lagos State. Under this project, Mrs. Oluyemi Shonubi was responsible for the entire development process and coordination of the project, which was formally commissioned in April 2006.
Mrs. Oluyemi Shonubi re-joined Ventures & Trusts in 2006, with responsibility for providing financial advisory, project finance and project management services for real estate developments. Select projects conceptualised include the development of an affordable housing estate (1,026 homes) in Obosomase, Accra, Ghana and a mixed-use development (retail, hotel, commercial and residential) in Victoria Island, Lagos State.
Mrs. Oluyemi Shonubi has a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, both from the University of Lagos State, Akoka, Lagos State.
She serves on the Building and Infrastructure Committee of the Institute of Directors Nigeria, the Grange School Limited/Gte and ProMaCon Project Management Foundation. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of SAVANT.
